Robert Hepler
Robert Hepler was one of the earliest recruits after the founding of the USNSCC Stars and Stripes Division. In his time in the unit he progressed to the rank of Petty Officer.
Many of the cadets here at the Stars and Stripes Division miss his 'encouragement' during PT and marching.
