How to effectively use your Chain of Command:
1.Begins with the Assistant Lead Petty Officer (ALPO)
2.Member takes (issue, problem, concern, or question) to ALPO.
3.If not resolved, the ALPO notifies the Leading Petty Officer (LPO).
4.If not resolved, LPO address the AO, XO, or CO.
What not to do:
·DO NOT: Contact the LPO, AO, XO, or CO directly..
·DO NOT work on your own program.
