The NSCC Charter is the start for many cadets to begin a journey. Along the way each cadet is able to expand their abilities, knowledge, and character.

Cadets also form friendships that span America.

The Stars & Stripes Division conducts drills bi-weekly. These drills regularly include various activities, including classroom, physical training, and awards presentations.
Annually we gather to celebrate, and  make awards and promotions.
